In light of constant technological innovation, increase of transaction speed and growth of new businesses in the futures industry, and with the idea of client first and technology the driven force, SFIT has been improving to optimize existing futures transaction software and developing innovative securities transaction software. SFIT managed to shift its service model from trading system operation and maintenance hosting to software licensing, proving even better services to the futures, securities and banking industries with secure, open, leading and sophisticated technologies.
Before 2012, SFIT used to be focused on providing domestic futures firms with transaction system operation and maintenance hosting services, both in terms of operation and maintenance and technological supports, to help these firms concentrate on developing brokerage businesses. While this model enabled open and fast-developing futures software technology in China, its transaction system was overly interdependent, risks aggregated and the impact of transaction glitch extensive, falling short of the security requirement of ＾zero tolerance of transaction incidents￣.
In 2012, SFIT shifted to the business model of providing membership financial transaction software licensing services, specializing in technology R&D, system innovation, technological services and supports. With this new model, SFIT offers not only transaction system software, but also an array of professional, efficient, reliable and comprehensive post sales services, including system implementation, launching guidance, system upgrading, training, technological support and co-addressing of malfunctions. Members are allowed to utilize SFIT¨s products flexibly according to their needs to deploy one or several trading systems with disaster recovery.
SFIT has issued financial software licenses to most Chinese futures firms, and will continue to provide even better financial services to our members and investors.
