　　Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) and Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (ZCE) signed the “Framework Agreement on Offsite Disaster Recovery Center" on August 30.
　　The signing ceremony was designed to fully activate the offsite disaster preparation center construction, effectively implement the CSRC’s regulations on the “notice on strengthening the backup capability of information system in securities and futures exchanges and other major institutions”, and solidly improve and strengthen the stability and reliability of the information systems of both exchanges. More than 30 people attended the ceremony, including General Manager Zhang Fan of ZCE, Deputy General Manager Dai Wenhua of SZSE, other officals from both exchanges, officials and technical experts from settlement and communication institutions.
